Briteglo Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love Briteglo. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

1) Return Window & Eligibility

- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

- Items must be in the same condition received, unworn/unused, with all hygiene seals intact, tags, accessories, and original packaging.

- Due to health and safety standards for skincare, opened or unsealed personal-care items are not returnable unless defective.

2) How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

Email info@brite-glo.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a return label with packing instructions. Unauthorized returns (no RMA) may be refused.

3) Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item. We do not refund original outbound shipping (if any), unless legally required or the return is due to our error.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Inspect your order at delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@brite-glo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund, and cover return shipping where applicable.

5) Exchanges

For fastest service, return the item per this policy and place a new order. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund.

6) Non-Returnable Items

- Opened personal-care items (serums, skincare patches, masks) unless defective.

- Final-sale or clearance items labeled non-returnable.

- Gift cards.

- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids (if applicable).

- Free gifts or promotional items not intended for resale.

7) Bundles & Promotions

If you return part of a bundle or an order purchased with a promotion, your refund will reflect the actual discounted price paid for the returned item(s). Returning items that triggered a discount may reduce or remove the discount; we may adjust your refund accordingly.

8) Refund Method & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may need additional time to post the credit. If 15 business days pass after approval and you don’t see the refund, contact info@brite-glo.com.

9) Shipping Risk & Address Issues

Risk of loss passes when the carrier accepts the package. We aren’t responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit without our label. Packages returned due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses or unclaimed deliveries may be refunded minus shipping and any carrier return fees.

10) International Returns (if applicable)

International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes. We do not refund customs, duties, or VAT collected by local authorities.

11) European Union Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without reason.

- We will refund the product price and the standard (least expensive) outbound shipping cost.

- You are responsible for return shipping.

- We may deduct for diminished value if goods are handled beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning.

- Health-protection exception: Unsealed personal-care items are not eligible for return under the cooling-off rules once unsealed after delivery.

To exercise this right, email info@brite-glo.com within 14 days of delivery, and return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

12) Product Safety & Medical Disclaimers

Our products are cosmetic, not medical treatments, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Patch-test new products on a small area before full use. Keep out of reach of children.
