Briteglo Shipping Policy

We want your Briteglo order to arrive quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. Here’s how our shipping works:
1. Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM PST may be processed the following business day.
- During peak periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take up to 3–4 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
United States (contiguous 48 states):

✅ Free Standard Shipping on all orders $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes).

🚚 Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, U.S. Territories:
- Flat rate of $7.95 per order.
- Free shipping threshold still applies at $50+.
3. Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (US): 3–6 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping (optional at checkout): 2–3 business days.

International Orders: Coming soon. (Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand shipping regions.)
⚠️ Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or events outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to display.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not currently ship internationally outside the U.S. (expansion planned).
- We cannot ship to freight forwarding addresses that reship internationally.
6. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is accepted by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier, but we’ll assist in filing claims where possible.
